A leading retail support company in Aylesbury is seeking a Team Manager to lead and support merchandising teams on various projects. Responsibilities include communicating with management on progress, ensuring health and safety compliance, and managing stock replenishment activities. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, prior retail management experience, and the ability to work unsociable hours. This role offers competitive pay and various benefits including holiday pay and accommodation when required.
£14.57 per hour inclusive of holiday pay ( £13.00 p / h + £1.57 = £14.57 p / h holiday pay)
