Overview

Retail Supervisor Apprentice in Derby Alfreton Road • 40 hours per week

You’ll be a permanent member of our team, holding the role of Supervisor, supporting the Store Manager while also studying towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships: As the face of Toolstation, you’ll create brilliant customer relationships.
• Motivating: Supporting your team and creating a positive culture to make your store a fantastic place to work.
• You’ll also take the lead on:
• Sales and service: Growing commercial sales through repeat customers and brand loyalty.
• Stock and process: Making sure our customers can always find the products they’re looking for, so they come back to us time and time again.

What you’ll bring

• Hard work and passion: You don’t need any retail experience. You just need to be over 18, with a passion for people gained as a supervisor or team leader.
• Energy and curiosity: A desire to learn fast and work hard. We'll teach you the rest.
