Your Mission
- Familiarize yourself with the brand idea and spirit, convey the brand story, and interact with customers proactively to create a passionate and diverse brand experience.
- Familiarize yourself with product knowledge and application scenarios, explore and listen to customers' sports needs, and provide professional solutions for different sports needs.
- Adjust product display according to display standards, including daily replenishment and seasonal adjustments.
- Operate inventory management according to operational standards, including goods receipt, return, inventory, and loss prevention, as well as cash register management and daily review.
- Proactively cooperate with the store manager or deputy manager to complete daily work plans and ensure smooth handovers.
- Establish long-term connections with customers by sharing brand community activities, after-sales service policies, and other ways.
- Support the preparation and reception of On community activities and assist in the smooth execution and enhancement of in-store experiences.
- Proactively propose ideas and optimization suggestions for work, and participate in store meetings to share feedback and achieve store action plan goals with the store manager and team.
- Lead product training, community, display, and online content-related tasks based on store projects.
- Take responsibility for self-growth and development, think proactively, and develop a personal development action plan with the store manager.

- You are a sports enthusiast with a certain foundation in sports and a passion for exploring sports.
- You are proactive, optimistic, and full of energy, with a willingness to explore the unknown and learn actively.
- You have good language expression skills and proactive communication skills, enjoy listening, and are willing to help and provide suggestions to others, committed to providing WOW shopping experiences for customers.
- You are willing to accept and give feedback because you recognize it as the foundation and driving force for self-growth.
- You are curious about consumers and the retail industry and willing to explore.
- You can accept the flexible working hours of retail and cooperate with weekend or holiday overtime, with a strong ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and withstand pressure.
- You are proactive, have a team spirit, and have relevant retail work experience, especially if you have experience in running teams or product display knowledge and training skills.
- You have basic English communication skills to receive customers, which is preferred.
