Job summary

A retail support company is looking for Stock Replenishment Assistants in Slough. You'll work in various retail stores, assisting with stock replenishment, de-merchandising, and ensuring products are shoppable. This role requires a fast-paced work ethic, the ability to handle manual tasks, and working unsociable hours, primarily nights. Qualifications

  • 18 years of age and over required.
  • Previous experience in retail is preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Manual handling and lifting involved.

  • Transporting stock from warehouse to shop floor.

Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant

Location: SLOUGH

Wages: £13.73 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 + £1.48). Immediate start available.

Hours: 10-12 hour shifts, days and nights (most shifts are nights). Un-sociable hours required.

About the Role

Work will be carried out in a variety of retail stores, travel will vary on a shift‑by‑shift basis. Having your own vehicle would be advantageous. You will be working as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management. You will need to work at a fast pace to a high standard the clients expect.

Responsibilities
  • De‑merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures where required.
  • Reprofiling fixtures to ensure each product is shoppable.
  • Transporting stock from warehouse onto shop floor.
  • Supporting the store with replenishment.
  • Access to work available via smartphone Field Power platform; set availability and accept shifts.
  • Clock in/out using smartphone via RAS Dashboard.
  • Travelling may be involved when local work is not available.
  • Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away from home.
Qualifications
  • Eye for detail.
  • General fitness; manual handling and lifting involved.
  • Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous experience in retail; training will be provided.
  • Problem solving and a 'can do' attitude.
  • Able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age and over.
