Role and Responsibilities

As a sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in providing a first-class customer experience from initial enquiry through to final sale. You’ll use your product knowledge, communication skills, and design flair to guide customers through their purchasing journey turning ideas into reality.

  • Welcome and engage customers, offering tailored advice and product recommendations
  • Build long-lasting client relationships and deliver an exceptional level of service
  • Maximise sales opportunities through confident communication and negotiation
  • Conduct inspiring product demonstrations and presentations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and seamless showroom experience
  • Keep informed about new product launches, trends, and competitor activity
