The role of Sales Assistant / Consultant

Our Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant teams are ambassadors of these magical moments & the heart of our business. Here at Mamas & Papas Ipswich store we are offering a 9‑month fixed‑term contract for an 8‑hour per week role on a Saturday, Sunday or both basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal shopping experience, car seat consultations & parent‑to‑be events.
• Deliver product insight & product knowledge to support customers.
• Guide customers along their unique parenting journey & make their buying moments magical.

Qualifications

• Retail assistant, sales assistant or customer service background.
• Love putting a smile on a customer’s face and creating magical moments.
