Job Description:

We’re currently recruiting for a Portfolio Operations Director (based in Manchester) to oversee a large retail portfolio, with some commercial office in the North of England. You will be responsible for implementing the operational strategy, objectives, and business plan, ensuring a high-quality property management service. This role demands a focus on people management, best practice compliance, and the delivery of a world-class service experience.

The Role:
• Develop and implement the hard services operational strategy and business planning across the commercial property management portfolio.
• Lead initiatives for customer service standards are upheld on-sites and ensure financial performance is maximised throughout the portfolio.
• Manage and mentor RFMs and FMs throughout the UK and oversee compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
