Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations and Supervision
  • Supervise and coordinate daily retail activities.
  • Assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and ensure adherence to company policies and health and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient retail environment.
• Staff Management
  • Develop and manage staff schedules to meet sales and operational targets.
  • Recruit, train, and guide new team members.
  • Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
• Product and Inventory Control
  • Oversee inventory levels and product availability across all categories including Asian groceries, fresh produce, and ethnic items.
  • Ensure timely restocking, manage waste, and maintain product displays.
• Customer Service
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support.
  • Address and resol
