Location

This managerial position leads the Retail space output at Northwood HQ, including the coffee outlets, shop, and Deli.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts, taking responsibility for the retail space and the store whilst on duty.
• Be an important part of the management team, leading the team to run an efficient shop and provide great service to customers.
• Take full responsibility for running the shop, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are worked quickly, and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean, and tidy shop.
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop your team of retail assistants.
• Take responsibility for the control of operational costs, including shrinkage and waste.

Qualifications

• Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work.
• Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
• Previous experience in retail, and/or coffee shops is desired.
• Must have been a UK resident for the past 5 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
