At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part time In-store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Heaton Newcastle store on a fixed term basis. 16 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21.

Immediate start is available.

Shift patterns

Sainsbury's stores are open 7 days a week and here at Arcus we offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Our shift patterns consist of early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is:

• Sunday: 05:00 - 08:00
• Monday: 05:00 - 08:00
• Tuesday: Day Off
• Wednesday: Day Off
• Thursday: 05:00 - 08:00
• Friday: 05:00 - 08:00
• Saturday: 04:00 - 08:00

You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery
• Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean
• At times you could be in-store cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or even oven canopies
• At other times you could be working outside keeping trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied

Arcus will support you through full training
