Retail Assistant – Part Time

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop on Waterloo Road, Blackpool. This permanent part‑time position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week across 3 days, with flexible scheduling including weekends. Pay ranges from £10.10 per hour for 16‑20 year olds to £12.31 per hour for those 21+.

Responsibilities

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello
• Help customers find the items they are looking for
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, helping to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank‑you and goodbye
• Handle stock with care, including working deliveries and placing products into freezers and shelves ready for sale
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy
