To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials:
  • 4 years + PQE.
  • Proven background in non-contentious aspects of restructuring and insolvency
  • Have a commercial mindset, confidence, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in business development are highly valued.
  • Have excellent organisational and case management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • The confidence to work independently but also contribute as part of a collaborative team.
Within this position, you ll also be:
  • Playing a key role in delivering outstanding client service, with high levels of autonomy and client interaction.
  • Collaborating with the Manchester practice lead, you ll be engaging directly and frequently with clients.
  • Ideally, bringing experience from a respected international, national, or regional law firm.
