Job Description:

We are seeking an associate to join our Restructuring & Insolvency Group, advising on a broad range of corporate restructuring and insolvency matters. Work will include advising creditors, investors, debtors, and government entities in workouts and insolvency proceedings, as well as supporting complex financial transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on restructuring strategies, insolvency proceedings, and distressed situations.
  • Collaborate across practice areas (finance, real estate, structured debt, etc.) on complex transactions.
  • Support clients through all stages of a transaction—planning, negotiation, and implementation.
  • Work on cross-border matters with international teams.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with financial institutions, private equity, and advisory firms.

Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of restructuring and insolvency experience from a leading firm.
  • Strong transactional experience preferred; mix of contentious/non-contentious experience considered.
  • Excellent academic record.
