JOB SUMMARY

As a Restaurant Supervisor in Straits Kitchen & Bar, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks as a Restaurant Supervisor will include but not be limited to:

• Prepare for service by ensuring the department's equipment is clean, and the outlet is ready for service and guest comfort.
• Carry out effective service by ensuring all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
• Design promotional material which is aimed at increasing revenue, covers and profit for the restaurant with the approval of the line manager.
• Maintain complete knowledge of menu items including:
  • All liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections available in outlets
  • The particular characteristics and description of every wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list.
  • Designated glassware and garnishes for drinks.
