Key Job Responsibilities
  • With the support of the Management be in charge of the day-to-day running of the restaurant department
  • Have a visible presence within the hotel to ensure all customer requests are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Deal with guest concerns in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
