As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the dining room, ensuring every guest experience is not to be forgotten.
You will lead by example on the floor, guiding a small, committed team through tasting-menu service with calm authority and genuine care.
This is a hands-on role for someone who values preparation, detail, and consistency and who understands that great service is built on trust, teamwork, and respect for produce and people.
Lead and inspire the front-of-house team during service
Deliver seamless tasting-menu experiences with clarity and confidence
Recruit, train, and develop staff in line with Hefts service philosophy
Maintain exceptional standards of hospitality, professionalism, and warmth
Oversee reservations, guest flow, and service pacing
Work closely with the kitchen to ensure service complements the food
Manage rotas, stock, and service-related costs responsibly
