They are are now looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead the front of house and help shape their next exciting chapter!

The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the dining room, ensuring every guest experience is not to be forgotten.

You will lead by example on the floor, guiding a small, committed team through tasting-menu service with calm authority and genuine care.

This is a hands-on role for someone who values preparation, detail, and consistency and who understands that great service is built on trust, teamwork, and respect for produce and people.

Key Responsibilities
