A leading hospitality company is seeking a Restaurant Manager for its renowned restaurant at Glyndebourne Opera House. This role requires overseeing restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service during the Summer Opera Festival. Ideal candidates should have strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure. This is a casual position, with hours varying week to week based on business needs. During the Festival we operate seven days a week, so flexibility is essential, including weekend work. The role includes overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, managing and supporting front-of-house staff, ensuring excellent service standards, handling guest enquiries and feedback, and working closely with kitchen and events teams to deliver a seamless dining experience in a high-profile, fine-dining environment.
