A Restaurant Manager is required for this high-level 5 Star hotel located in Berkshire.

The hotel features a 2AA Rosettes awarded fine dining restaurant serving modern British cuisine from seasonal à la carte menus.

They are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee this exceptional restaurant, ensuring it meets the standards expected in this high-level establishment.

As Restaurant Manager, you will:

• Have a solid background working within high-level establishments
• Possess excellent knowledge of food and wine and be a people person, capable of building relationships with regular clientele
• Have excellent attention to detail and a passion for the industry
• Be a hands-on manager committed to providing outstanding customer service
