As Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience. You’ll keep daily operations running smoothly by communicating well with colleagues across all departments and staying hands‑on during service to support your team and anticipate guest needs.
You’ll be responsible for creating staff rotas within budget, managing wage costs, and ensuring all liquor laws and regulations are followed. You’ll also coach and guide your team, promoting continuous improvement and consistently high service standards.
We are looking for an individual with an excellent command of food and beverage products, a strong awareness of current marketplace trends, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional service standards. You will bring a minimum of two years' experience in a similar Head of Department role within the hospitality sector, demonstrating proven leadership and operational acumen.
