The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly professional and engaging Restaurant Manager to lead the front‑of‑house team and oversee service across both dining outlets. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the property’s excellent reputation, delivering warm attentive service and ensuring that every guest experience is consistently exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the restaurant team across all dining areas;
  • Maintain consistently high standards of service and guest care;
  • Develop strong menu knowledge and confidently support guest recommendations;
  • Recruit, train and mentor team members, embedding a strong service culture;
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures and daily operational management;
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and senior management to deliver seamless service;
  • Support rota planning, labour management and operational efficiency;
  • Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring proactive service recovery.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior FOH leader in a high‑quality hotel or restaurant;
  • Comfortable managing both fine‑dining and casual dining operations;
  • Warm, confident communicator with a strong guest‑focused approach;
  • Organised, proactive and hands‑on with flexibility to work mixed shifts;
  • Passionate about hospitality, food, wine and team development;
  • Able to foster a positive collaborative culture across all departments.
