This beautiful property is renowned for its elegant dining spaces and exceptional guest experiences. They’re now seeking an enthusiastic and driven Restaurant & Lounge Manager to take charge of their restaurant and lounge operations, ensuring service excellence and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s been an Assistant Manager, ready to take their first step into management or for an existing Restaurant Manager looking to continue developing in a high-quality, supportive environment.

Due to the hotel’s location, having your own transport is essential.

Responsibilities as the Restaurant & Lounge Manager…
  • Leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and lounge, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.
  • Motivating and developing a talented front-of-house team through effective leadership, training, and clear communication.
  • Managing rotas, staffing levels, and performance to ensure an efficient and motivated team.
  • Overseeing administrative duties, including stock control, financial reporting, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the hotel’s refined yet relaxed environment.
