Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
  • Train and inspire a strong front‑of‑house and bar team
  • Lead by example on the floor during service
  • Build a positive, inclusive and high‑performance culture
  • Set clear standards for service, appearance and behaviour
Service & Guest Experience
  • Deliver an authentic Northern hospitality experience
  • Ensure Steps of Service are followed consistently
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
  • Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation
Operations & Performance
  • Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations
  • Manage rotas, payroll, stock control and ordering
  • Maintain GP, labour and overhead targets
