As a Responsible Business Analyst, you'll play a vital role at the heart of our environmental programmes, supporting initiatives across climate, circular economy and forests. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role where you'll work with diverse teams across the business, helping to drive meaningful change through robust data, insight and collaboration. You'll gain exposure to sustainability data reporting and programme management, while contributing to projects that shape our long‑term environmental strategy. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sustainability career who is organised, curious and motivated by purpose‑led work.

What's the job?

• Project coordination & delivery, Coordinate activities across climate, forests, circular economy and forest programmes, ensuring action logs, project plans and milestones are delivered on time.
• Support the collection and organisation of environmental data. Maintain Net Zero quarterly dashboards, contributions to annual disclosures and support on the annual verification of TCFD reporting.
• Provide project management and data support for environmental submissions, including CDP Climate and Forests, and Forest 500. Coordinate information gathering from banners and functions, ensuring deadlines are met and submissions run smoothly.
• Assist with analysis of environmental data to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities. Conduct horizon scanning and desk research on climate policy, circularity, nature and carbon markets to support programme development.
• Work effectively with colleagues across banners, group functions, and external partners to gather information, maintain alignment and support collaborative delivery.
• Support internal communications, lunch & learns and colleague engagement campaigns by drafting content, preparing materials and helping to raise awareness of environmental priorities and progress.
• Maintain accessible and well‑organised documentation, including meeting notes, action logs, SharePoint sites and reference materials. Prepare papers and slides for governance forums.
