Responsibilities

  • Provide resourcing support to a Partner in the Polaris team.
  • Manage and maintain the contractor database and associated documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain contractor biographies for client use.
  • Design PowerPoint presentations for client pitches.
  • Assist in developing a contractor tracking system.
  • Support the preparation of Statements of Work and Secondment agreements.
  • Liaise with the in-house recruitment team to ensure onboarding compliance.
  • Perform general administrative duties to maintain GDPR compliance.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role with an office presence expected twice per week, with more frequent attendance during the initial onboarding period. We are seeking a Contractor Resourcing Coordinator to join our Polaris Team within the Insurance Consulting business. This role is critical in supporting contractor resourcing and ensuring the effective delivery of services to our clients. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and internal teams to manage contractor pipelines, documentation, and client‑facing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide resourcing support to a Partner in the Polaris team

  • Proven recruitment experience (in‑house or agency)
