A leading recruitment firm in the UK is seeking a highly organized Resourcing Officer to join their team. This hybrid role involves managing recruitment campaigns, collaborating with teams, and leveraging social media for candidate attraction. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, experience in recruitment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers a temporary contract with a pay rate of £18.22 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Strong report writing and business case development skills, ideally at graduate level.
  • Proven expertise in candidate sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • High proficiency in leveraging social media platforms to enhance candidate attraction.
  • Experience contributing to the development of recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Awareness of trends and external influences within the resourcing sector.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage permanent recruitment campaigns within agreed SLAs.
  • Collaborate with resourcing providers and internal teams for recruitment support.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs.
  • Manage and update recruitment-related management information.
  • Provide recruitment support as needed.
  • Draft job adverts and screening questions.
  • Post vacancies and review applications for quality and compliance.
  • Use the ATS to document recruitment activity.
