Exciting Times Ahead for a Resourcing Partner role! This is your opportunity to step into a Resourcing Partner role where you own recruitment across your region. You will be responsible for filling vital positions such as support workers, activities coordinators, managers and nurses, making sure the right people are in place to deliver outstanding support to those we support.
We want someone with proven recruitment experience who can show success and creativity in attracting talent in a tough, social care, high‑volume market. You will be tenacious, resourceful, and ready to think differently when traditional approaches don’t work.
