We’re looking for a confident and experienced Resourcing Lead to join us on a 9-month maternity cover contract. This is a key leadership role, focused on supporting a newly formed resourcing team through a period of change and implementation, reporting directly to the Head of Resourcing.
While senior resourcing experience is essential, what we really need is a strong people leader someone who can bring out the best in others, drive performance through support and accountability, and confidently use data and insight to guide and embed new ways of working.
The Role:
You’ll be instrumental in managing and motivating the team day-to-day as they adopt new systems, processes, and performance measures. This role is about leading through change, keeping the team focused, engaged, and on track.
