Responsibilities
- Day to day resourcing operations of your business units.
- Build effective relationships with the central resourcing team and Project Managers to understand resourcing needs for assignments.
- Familiarise yourself with the trainees' professional qualification pathways and consider these when allocating resource.
- Support performance issues with People Managers and Project Managers; notify them of issues related to staff and trainees. Monitor metrics such as utilisation, capacity and demand in collaboration with the Resource Manager.
- Ensure adoption of resourcing policies in your area and provide training to Operations and Resourcing assistants.
- Engage and challenge the allocation of resources to ensure optimal use against budgets; understand staff skills and experience to inform resourcing decisions.
- Be the point of escalation for training issues raised by Operations and Resource assistants.
- Work with the Operations Team to keep the resource model up to date with leavers, joiners and transfers; help identify solutions to manage resourcing conflicts in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and participate in our alternative resourcing model, including offshore requests and requirements.
