What you’ll be doing:

PGI’s Delivery functions continue to expand, driving our successful growth. The responsibilities of the post are as follows:

    >Manage resource planning and allocation across teams, ensuring optimal utilisation and workload balance.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, to forecast resource needs and identify gaps/trends.
  • Own and maintain all resource management activities including update resource management systems and project schedules.
  • Manage and monitor requests for resources, revise allocations based on changing priorities and skill requirements, and resolve conflicts quickly. Reviewing team capacity, availability, and skillsets to align with demand.
  • Manage contractor onboarding to meet resourcing requirements.
  • Develop reports and insights on utilisation, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Review , govern and Identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency through process or system enhancements.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with company policies, diversity initiatives, and UK employment regulations.
  • Liaise with client account managers to align resources to pipeline and new business opportunities.
  • Support the maintenance of team’s skills matrix to support the allocation of resource and identify skills shortages.
  • Build and maintain resource forecasts to identify capacity gaps and future hiring and contracting needs.
  • Support annual and quarterly resource planning cycles.
  • Ensure resourcing is agile and fast paced to meet business needs.

  • Proven experience as a Resource Manager, Workforce Planner, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management and resource scheduling tools
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
