Residential Valuation Surveyor – North East England

Our client is seeking a Residential Valuation Surveyor to join their established team.

Candidates can be based anywhere in the North-East of England.

Consultant freelance role with fee share

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate residential property valuations in a timely manner
• Valuations include a balance of Private clients and secured lending
• Analyse market data and property details to support valuation conclusions
• Help ensure consistency and compliance with valuation standards

Candidate Profile:

• MRICS preferred; AssocRICS considered
• Familiarity with RICS Red Book standards
• Good understanding of the North-East residential property market
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a wider team
• While survey work is not required, a strong understanding and experience of residential surveys and property condition will be highly beneficial

Package & Benefits:

• Basic salary up to £55,000, depending on experience
• Consultant Fee split available - 50/50
• Car allowance plus mileage reimbursement Bonus scheme

• Hybrid working: ideally 2 days per week in the office desirable
