A leading childcare organization in Wrexham seeks Residential Support Workers to join their award-winning team. In this role, you will support young people aged 11–18 with mental health needs, autism, and learning challenges. You will promote independence and contribute to a therapeutic environment. The position offers up to £32,000 annually with training provided. Candidates should be compassionate, reliable, and motivated, with a driver's license due to transport needs.
Residential Support Workers – Award-Winning Children's Home
Location: Wrexham (LL12)
Average Salary: £30-32,000 per year
Pay: £12.85 -13.51 per hour + £96 per sleep-in (usually 2 per month)
Shifts: 2 on / 2 off (12 hr Shifts) includes 2 waking nights per month
