Residential Support Workers – Award-Winning Children's Home

Location: Wrexham (LL12)

Average Salary: £30-32,000 per year

Pay: £12.85 -13.51 per hour + £96 per sleep-in (usually 2 per month)

Shifts: 2 on / 2 off (12 hr Shifts) includes 2 waking nights per month

We are recruiting passionate, resilient individuals to join our clients award-winning residential care team in Wrexham. This 7-bed home supports young people aged 11–18 with mental health needs, autism, and learning, providing a safe, nurturing environment where they can grow, heal and thrive.

This is a role that offers purpose, stability, and the opportunity to make a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting young people with their emotional, behavioural and day‑to‑day needs
  • Promoting independence, education, and positive routines
  • Contributing to a structured, therapeutic environment
  • Working collaboratively with a dedicated, supportive team
What You’ll Receive
  • Competitive pay: £12.85 per hour
  • Sleep‑in allowance: £96 per sleep when required
  • Consistent shift pattern: 2 days on / 2 days off
  • 2 waking nights per month as part of rota
  • Average annual salary of up to £32,000
  • Full training provided – qualifications not essential
