Night RSW posts are waking watch roles where you encourage our young people to sleep well and monitor them as per individual care plans. Hilltop Lodge short break service for children with disabilities is seeking enthusiastic Residential Child Care Workers to join our dedicated team.

As a Residential Child Care Worker, you\'ll have the opportunity to create unforgettable moments and a nurturing environment for our amazing children. From organising fun activities to providing compassionate support, every day will be a new adventure. Our aim is to create an environment for our children that is filled with laughter and joy. Hilltop Lodge in Great Harwood is one of 3 Residential Overnight Breaks services in Lancashire. There are occasional opportunities to be part of this team.
