We are a busy care agency seeking experienced Residential Support Workers.

We currently have regular waking nights available in one of our Surrey services.

Job description

Our client is a specialist school in Surrey supporting children with speech, language and communication needs. We are committed to providing a nurturing, inclusive and highly supportive environment where both pupils and staff can thrive.

We are seeking reliable, caring Residential Support Worker (Waking Nights) to provide high-quality overnight care and supervision. This role is essential in maintaining pupils’ safety, wellbeing and emotional reassurance throughout the night.

The role includes
  • Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of pupils overnight
  • Providing reassurance and emotional support when needed
  • Carrying out regular checks and responding appropriately to any concerns
  • Maintaining a calm, secure and supportive environment
  • Working closely with day and night teams to ensure continuity of care

You are also required to have an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS that is either on the Update Service or be prepared to have a new DBS check processed.
