Job description

We are recruiting Residential Support Workers to join a brand-new solo EBD children’s home supporting one young person on a 2 : 1 staffing ratio.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new home from the very beginning, where relationships, care and consistency come first.

Salary : £13 per hour | £60 per sleep

Hours : 165–173 hours per month (including 2 monthly team meetings)

Shift Pattern

We are very flexible and open to :

  • Single shifts
  • Double or triple shifts
  • Long day sleeps (10 per month)
  • Long Day Sleep : 10am – 11pm | Sleep | 7am – 10.30am (handover)
