Residential Support Workers Urgently Needed

£12.21 - £16.32ph

Role

At Team Healthcare we are working closely with services in the Trowbridge area who are looking for Support Workers for full time, part time and flexible working patterns.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting young people and vulnerable adults within care.
  • Assisting service users with personal care, safe lifting and moving, administering medication (if qualified), meal preparation and providing companionship.
  • To ensure individuals maintain independence and dignity, while providing physical and emotional support.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Relevant qualifications to the role
  • At least 12 months experience within a care setting
  • Good communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for supporting young people and vulnerable adults
Successful applicant will be required to have
  • A valid DBS certificate, or be willing to put an application through
  • A right to work in the UK
  • 2 years' worth of contactable references
  • Appropriate training or the ability to complete necessary training
