Source Supply are currently recruiting a Residential Support Worker to work within a residential setting based in Rotherham. This setting provides care and support for young people within the children’s home.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will support with all aspects of home care with looked after children (LAC).
This role requires an engaging, proactive, adaptable, resilient, and enthusiastic Residential Support Worker with great communication skills & a want to make a difference in young people’s lives.
You will work as part of a dedicated and committed team that have a child-centred approach in all they do.
If you have experienced in care, respite, residential, special needs in adults or any other relevant experience you can transition into a SEND school then we want to hear from you!
