Residential Property Solicitor - 2+ PQE
Location: Hassocks
Contract: Permanent | Full-time

A highly respected ranked firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its busy Real Estate team in Hassocks.

Overview

You will handle a wide range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases across varying levels of value and complexity. Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions
  • Support senior colleagues on more complex matters where required
  • Maintain high levels of client care and build strong client relationships
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQS accreditation and risk policies
  • Contribute to business development through networking, seminars, and thought leadership pieces
  • Meet and exceed personal financial targets (fees, billing, time recording, debt recovery, etc.)
About You
  • Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in residential property
  • Confident managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong knowledge of property law and CQS requirements
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong IT skills, including case management systems and Microsoft Office
