• Ability to repair felt flat roof systems with cold applied materials.
• Full UK Driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out roofing repairs and maintenance on residential MoD properties.
• Variety of roofing methods including rubber roofing, felt roofing, pitched roofs, flat roofs, and tiled roofs.
• Diagnose and resolve roofing issues efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with site teams to support timely project completion.
