A well-established high street law firm based in Richmond is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy and longstanding property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 2 years’ post-qualified experience (PQE) to develop their career in a supportive and professional environment.

The successful Residential Property Solicitor will manage their own caseload of residential transactions from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. This position would suit a confident Residential Property Solicitor who is keen to build strong client relationships and contribute to a reputable local practice with a loyal client base.

The Residential Property Solicitor’s role

The Residential Property Solicitor will be responsible for handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters independently, while also working closely with the wider team to maintain high standards of client care and service delivery.
