The Role:You’ll join a high-performing Residential Property team, managing your own caseload of varied transactions from instruction through to completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on, client-facing position and thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Handling a full range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leaseholds, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
- Drafting contracts, reviewing titles, raising and responding to enquiries, and dealing with all legal aspects of the conveyancing process.
- Communicating effectively with clients, agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and timely completions.
- Providing clear, practical legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
- Supporting the wider team and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and service standards.
About You:- A Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 2–5 years’ PQE in residential property.
- Confident managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process, from title review to post-completion.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
- Experience using case management systems (preferred).
