This L500 ranked firm are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor 2+ years PQE to join their team.

This department deals with a broad range of Residential Conveyancing matters which traditionally include:

• Sales & Purchases
• Re-Mortgages
• Transfers of Equity
• New Builds
• Deeds of Easement

The firm benefits heavily from their reputation in Property and house many Lawyers with excellent relationships. Many of the team are ex-city/Top 50 Law firm Lawyers.

The department generally deal with properties with a value exceeding £1 million and their focus includes central Manchester, Cheshire, South-Manchester and other affluent areas of the North-West.

In this role you will be working alongside several leaders in the Residential Property field giving you access to a high quality level of work coupled with a runway to grow and develop a practice further

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor 5+ years PQE
• You will have experience working directly in Conveyancing Law
• You will have the experience to manage team members
