Job Title: Residential Property Paralegal

Location: London

Working arrangement: Flexible hybrid policy - Option to work remotely or at central London office but must be able to commute to a North West based office 1-2 times a week.

Role overview

The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Residential Property team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work closely with a highly-ranked partner on a range of Residential Property cases, with a particular focus on the sale and purchase of high-value property in Central London.

  • Preparing court bundles and supporting trial preparation
  • Liaising with clients
  • Limited document review and disclosure work
Qualifications

Candidates should have a minimum 2.1 degree and will have ideally completed the SQE, LPC or CILEX. At least 2 years experience as a Residential Property Paralegal is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in property law are essential.
