Job Title: Residential Property Paralegal
Salary: £24,500 - £27,500
Hours: full time
Location: Cheltenham, full time in the office.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and review client documentation, including proof of identity, property details, and financial information, to support residential property transactions such as equity release and lifetime mortgages.
  • Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with current laws and regulations.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, answering queries, and offering guidance throughout the process.
  • Liaise with financial advisers, surveyors, and other professionals to co-ordinate the progress of cases efficiently.
  • Organise and update case files, both electronic and physical, to ensure all documentation is complete and easily accessible.
  • Manage scheduling and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Support billing processes, including preparing invoices, tracking payments, and assisting with financial reporting.
  • Generate reports on case progress, client interactions, and other relevant metrics to support operational oversight.
