Client-Side: Residential Property Manager

Salary: up to £40,000 Basic (D.O.E.)

The Opportunity

Kingsley Recruitment is working exclusively with Tatton Estate, a prominent private estate in the Northwest, known for its heritage, community engagement, and sustainability efforts.

We are recruiting a Residential Property Manager to oversee the estate's extensive residential portfolio, ensuring high standards of management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with third-party agents to optimize lettings performance
  • Negotiate leases with tenants
  • Build and maintain relationships with residents
  • Manage bad debt in collaboration with finance providers
  • Serve as the primary contact for tenants
  • Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance
  • Collaborate with the Building Surveyor on technical inspections and repairs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, conservation, and legal standards
  • Maintain accurate customer and billing data
  • Support capital and maintenance projects and manage contractor relationships
  • Assist Asset Managers with reporting and other activities
  • Utilize property management systems for record-keeping
  • Previous experience in a similar role required
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
  • Car Allowance: up to £4,500 p.a. (D.O.E.)
  • Up to 20% Discretionary Bonus
  • Pension scheme
  • Death in Service benefit
