The Opportunity

Kingsley Recruitment is working exclusively with Tatton Estate, a dynamic private estate in the Northwest, committed to long-term stewardship, community engagement, and sustainability.

We are recruiting a Residential Property Manager to oversee the Estate’s extensive residential portfolio to the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage third-party agents to ensure lettings performance
• Negotiate leases with tenants
• Build strong relationships with tenants
• Coordinate with the Finance team to manage bad debts
• Serve as the primary contact for tenants
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Work with the Building Surveyor on technical inspections and maintenance planning
• Ensure compliance with regulations and conservation requirements
• Maintain accurate customer data and billing
• Support capital and maintenance projects
• Establish relationships with contractors and onboard new ones
• Assist Asset Managers with reporting
• Keep records using the property management system
• Previous experience in a similar role required
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 p.a. (D.O.E.)
• Car Allowance up to £4,500 p.a. (D.O.E.)
• Up to 20% Discretionary Bonus
• Pension Contribution
• Death in Service
