About the Role
You'll be providing vital administrative and transactional support throughout the lifecycle of a conveyancing matter. From initial client contact to post-completion duties, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both clients and fee earners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and issuing quotes for conveyancing services
  • Supporting client onboarding, including ID checks and file opening
  • Assisting with the preparation of sale and purchase files for exchange
  • Handling post-exchange and post-completion tasks, including submission of SDLT and registration
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files
  • Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing team
