Residential Property Conveyancer / Solicitor

Location: Bristol

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing and dynamic Residential Property team, based in Bristol. This established department handles a wide range of transactions, offering you the chance to work on varied and high-quality matters while developing your career in a supportive environment.

You'll be involved in all aspects of residential property, including:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Taking client instructions and providing clear, accurate advice
  • Liaising with clients in person, by phone and in writing
  • Drafting key documents and managing correspondence with third parties
  • Preparing accounts and ensuring files are billed regularly
  • Maintaining compliance with LEXCEL standards
  • Supporting business development and helping generate new leads
About You
  • Self-motivated and confident managing their own workload
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experienced in residential property transactions with strong technical knowledge
  • Interested in contributing to marketing and the wider growth of the business
