The department is made up of four Partners, five Associates, three Solicitors, and a highly capable support team of conveyancers, paralegals, and legal assistants. It is a collaborative, close-knit group offering technical quality, client service, and strong relationships with referrers across the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters, ranging from first-time buyers to high-value portfolio transactions.
• Maintain regular client contact and develop your own network of agents, brokers, and professional contacts.
• Play an active part in growing the team’s presence locally.
• Work closely with experienced Partners who support professional development and progression.
• Contribute to a department that is well resourced, commercially successful, and focused on continued growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEx Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least three years of conveyancing PQE.
• Confident in running your own caseload and comfortable engaging with clients and third parties.
