Job summary

A dedicated adult services organization in the Greater London area is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee its thriving residential program. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure the highest quality care for individuals in a supportive environment. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Adult Services Residential Manager to oversee a thriving residential program and ensure individuals receive the highest quality care in a safe, empowering environment. As an Adult Services Residential Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that individuals have the support they need to thrive. You’ll work closely with residents and your team to create a positive and enriching living experience, while also providing leadership that promotes a strong, cohesive team culture. Compensation:$58,000-$62,000 annually based on experience

Locations:Wareham, MA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a safe, positive living and work environment by enforcing health and safety standards and reporting risk management issues.
  • Oversee housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, homelike environment.
  • Manage the residential budget, including food purchases, petty cash, and other expenses.
  • Ensure timely payroll reporting.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate direct care, case management, and vocational staff.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling to meet required ratios while minimizing overtime.
  • Maintain accreditation and state compliance, including staffing, training, behavior plans, and ISP documentation.
  • Oversee and document medical needs, ISP service planning, and clinical records.
  • Collect and record outcome measurement data, including ISP and life skills assessments.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families, DDS staff, and the community.
  • Provide after-hours on-call support and emergency staffing coverage.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, supervision, and crisis intervention as needed.
  • Ensure accurate incident documentation in Therap GER and HCSIS reporting.
  • Stay informed on crisis management, safety plans, and emergency procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the program director.

Qualifications:

Competitive Pay/Paid Time Off

Latham offers competitive pay with a $3 per hour weekend differential. Full time employees accrue 5 weeks of Earned Time Away in the first year of employment. $3/hour weekend differential.

Latham may be able to provide temporary individual housing based on availability.

Retirement Program

Latham provides up to a 5% employer match for any employee enrolled in the 403b retirement plan. Employees are eligible at the start of employment.

Childcare reimbursement is available to all benefited employees after 120 days of employment.

Paid Training and Tuition Reimbursement

Latham provides training opportunities to help staff advance skills and professional growth. Tuition reimbursement is available to benefited employees after 1 year of employment.

Benefits are available to full or part-time employees who work 20 hours or more per week in a regular position. Eligibility is generally the first day of the 3rd month of employment or at open enrollment in July. Details are provided through Supervisors, Human Resources, and the collective bargaining agreement. The benefits package is reviewed periodically and subject to change.

Training | Experience | Opportunity | Development

Located in Brewster our Interns will work on our beautiful, 3-acre campus, which includes 4 college dorm-like residential living situations, an approved Department of Elementary and Secondary school, with nursing and a physician directly on-campus. You will have the opportunity to work directly with students/residents diagnosed with Prader-Willi Syndrome and individuals with a trauma background.

Clinical interns will work collectively with the clinical department and physician, assisting with supervised group and individual therapy, crisis intervention and supervision. Reports directly to the Director of Clinical Services.

Education interns will work collectively with classroom teachers and educational administration on meeting students Individualized Education Plan goals and using the common core in the classrooms.

Qualifications include:
