I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Residential Care Home provider who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Care Home Manager. This medium-sized home provides high-quality care and support to the elderly, including those living with dementia, in a warm and welcoming seaside setting.

The Role

As the Residential Care Home Manager, you will:

Lead the day-to-day operations of a respected residential elderly care home.
Deliver exceptional standards of care to residents, including specialist dementia care.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations within a residential care environment.
Manage, inspire, and develop a committed care team.
Oversee budgets, staffing, and resources to maintain an efficient and caring residential service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community.

Candidate Requirements

The successful Residential Care Home Manager will:

Have previous experience managing a Residential Care Home or similar service.
